At the site Kevin kept us up to date with what was going on, dealt well with our General Contractor, and his staff rolled with the punches caused by inclement weather, water pump and heat issues. They took extraordinary care to ensure that our solid slab shower walls didn't crack before they got installed, going so far as to take a snowblower to clear the driveway to ensure they could get into the cottage safely, as we were out of town. I can't say enough how much I appreciated how we were treated. I have have NO hesitation recommending Kevin and his staff! We'll add photos of the job once the whole reno is finished, if we're still able.
